Tax Charges - Except for children's clothing items, all our goods include VAT. We are unable to refund VAT on overseas orders.
Orders - We reserve the right to decline any order placed with us. All goods are subject to availability.
Discounts & Promotions - All discounts and promotions are subject to change. We reserve the right to end a discount or promotion at anytime without warning. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with each other unless stated.
Stock Levels - Whilst we try our utmost to keep our stock levels up to date on our website there are odd occasions when items have been sold and have not been removed online. If an order is placed and this is the case you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise if we have any alternative items or if we need to cancel your order.
Recycled Packaging - Here at Lucy’s Handpicked Home we may send out our online orders in reused packaging which we have received goods in. This is our way of helping the environment.
Situations out of our control - Whilst every effort will be made to meet all customer demands we cannot be held responsible for situations out of our control.
Liability - Our liability for a product is limited to the guarantee of our supplier. Liability for loss is limited to the purchase price of goods.
Disclaimer - Whilst prices and specifications have been checked, no responsibility can be taken for errors or omissions. We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without further notice. Website prices and special offers may differ from those in-store. Any dimensions, weights and measures quoted are approximate. Images are for illustration purposes only. Any product information found on the website is intended for guidance only.
Our standard UK delivery charge is £3.95, orders over £25 will be delivered free of charge.
We send all our orders by courier or 1st class Royal mail to guarantee a fast delivery. We aim to dispatch and deliver your order within 2-3 working days from receipt. We may hand deliver orders locally.
If you require a specialised UK delivery service please get in touch by email and we can give alternative delivery options.
No-One at Home
If there is no one at your delivery address the postman or courier will leave the parcel in a safe place. If this is not possible a card with the contact details of how to arrange re-delivery will be posted through your letterbox.
As soon as we receive an order we aim to dispatch and deliver within 2-3 working days.
By placing an order you are agreeing that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
If an item is faulty please contact us within 24hrs of receiving the order.
For all returns please email us at email@example.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return (if an item is damaged please attach a clear photo)
- Description of the item/s you wish to return
- Contact phone number
Once we have received your email we will contact you with information for the return.
If you would like to return your items for any reason, we offer an exchange or refund service provided they are returned in their original / fully saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.
Please ask for proof of postage from the post office or courier for your returned items as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Return postage is at your own cost - this will not be refunded. If an entire order is returned, original postage charges will also be refunded, if not then the original postage charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
When returning goods which you purchased using a discount, offer or free delivery, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer/free delivery threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply.
We will refund the goods once we have received and checked the condition. Refunds will be given via the original method of payment. You will receive your refund within 5-10 working days.

This does not affect your statutory right
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
