If an item is faulty please contact us within 24hrs of receiving the order.
For all returns please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return (if an item is damaged please attach a clear photo)
- Description of the item/s you wish to return
- Contact phone number
Once we have received your email we will contact you with information for the return.
If you would like to return your items for any reason, we offer an exchange or refund service provided they are returned in their original / fully saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.
Please ask for proof of postage from the post office or courier for your returned items as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Return postage is at your own cost - this will not be refunded. If an entire order is returned, original postage charges will also be refunded, if not then the original postage charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
When returning goods which you purchased using a discount, offer or free delivery, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer/free delivery threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply.
We will refund the goods once we have received and checked the condition. Refunds will be given via the original method of payment. You will receive your refund within 5-10 working days.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
